How do I know if my website is actually the problem?

You might not need a new one. On the first call, we'll look at where your enquiries come from, what your current site is doing and where people are dropping off. If the site isn't the problem, we'll tell you.

I've already got a website. Do I have to start again?

Not necessarily. If what you have is structurally sound, we'll work with it. If rebuilding is cheaper than fixing years of patches, we'll show you why before you commit.

Will a new website actually get me more leads?

A website can't create demand that doesn't exist. What it can do is turn more of the people already finding you into calls and enquiries. That's what we build and track for.

What if I don't like what you design?

You see the direction before development starts. We agree on the structure, look and messaging first — so you're not waiting 30 days to find out whether you like your own website.

How much of my time is this going to take?

Very little. We need you for discovery because nobody knows your business like you do, then for key approvals. We handle the copy, design, development, tracking and launch.

Do I have to write all the content and send you everything?

No. We'll interview you, pull out what customers actually need to know and write the site for you. You'll review it before it goes live.

Are you just going to put my business into a template?

No. The structure, copy and design are built around your business, your customer and the action you want them to take. You're not getting somebody else's website with your logo swapped in.

What happens to my current website while you're building?

It stays live. We build the new site separately, get everything approved, then switch it over when the new one is ready. Your business doesn't disappear from the internet while we work.

What if I'm already on WordPress, Shopify, Wix, Webflow or something else?

That's fine. We work across the major platforms and we'll recommend keeping or changing yours based on what makes sense — not because we need you on one particular system.

What actually happens after the website goes live?

We keep working on it. We watch how people use it, check the tracking, improve speed and search visibility, add or adjust pages and report back on what's happening. Launch is the starting line, not the finish.

Do I need Google Ads as well?

Not automatically. We get the site and tracking right first. Once we know it can convert traffic properly, then it makes sense to talk about putting more people through it.

What does “live in 30 days” actually depend on?

We lock the scope and launch date before the build starts. As long as we have the approvals and information we've agreed on, getting it live on time is our responsibility.

What if I want to leave later?

Then you leave. Your website, domain, data and logins stay with you. We don't make leaving difficult just because we built it.

Who am I actually dealing with during the build?

The same Australian team from discovery through to launch and ongoing improvements. You're not sold by one person and then passed through a chain of unknown subcontractors.
